Donald: I don't think it is fair for you to ask that question. It certainly demonstrates that you're not watching closely for what we're doing. I DID my part of the challenge and executed it perfectly. I was the one who started the thread for the challenge because nobody stepped up to be project manager. I would've step up but I had just been project manager while I knew Jason hadn't. I sent him a message telling him he should be and then I posted on the discussion that I thought it was his turn, being that he hadn't been PM still. However, even that task was too much of an effort for him, and even stepping up to the plate took him time.
As for myself, Ben Haggerty A.K.A. Macklemore I think i did with the challenge what the Project Manager allowed me to do. I posted the first thread and came up with the idea of having a theme (which if i recall, you loved from our group). It wasn't a given that we had to have a theme; and as a matter of fact if we didn't had that idea I truly believe that Jason wouldn't have come up with that. He would just have started to post links of random recipes that would've gotten us even more confused. I did some research as to what themes we could use and after browsing for a bit I came up with a very great idea that I think would've gotten us the win with the right direction. I came up with a ONE color idea, meaning we had to do a cookbook based on only one color. It would've been creative, innovative, and visually appealing. However, Jason immediately said "food color was not the way to go". This is not the first time that Jason does this. He constantly thinks he is the person that knows the most from the group and wants his ideas to be the ones that come to fruition. This happened even when we were creating our Team name. He said that if we picked that name we would get ourselves fired. We didn't like his ideas as a group and he kept bitching about it. It also happened at the first task, where Jeff and I continuously told him to give us ideas instead of putting down everything we said. It also happened when I was project manager, he kept placing random stuff on the board, wanted me to get them all together and post them. I agree that in that task he worked well, but then he started to mandate his stuff to be put on, being disrespectful.
I think when I was project manager I proved my design, organization and teamwork skills. I organized every bit of information perfectly, even when it was TEN TIMES more than what we did here. I delegated to each teammate to work on something and finished the masterpiece. Jason has proven in all of the tasks that he is all over the place. He comes online posts whatever he finds online, is not organized and then goes away. He also thinks he is the one that always is right, which is not true. He doesn't listen, and he's a mess.
Yesterday I came online several times, you can see that for yourself. But things were hectic and chaotic and I didn't know where to go from there. Gabby and Jason were fighting, Jason didn't decide on a theme for us to work on; and he just posted links of other ideas that weren't strong enough for me to take the lead and agree on. So I decided to wait for things to calm down and for Jason to take the initiative to decide something. Which he never did. That's when Gillian and Gabby started to put things together, I understood where the theme was and I posted my part of the challenge; which I think were great creative and visually attractive choices. Well thought and put together.
I have already proven to you for several weeks how good I work, but this time, even with all the skills I have, the project manager didn't allowed me to do much. I felt bad actually, because I felt like I had no road to go from. First my theme got thrown away, then I just couldn't understand were to go because the thread was a mess between a bunch of links with no connection and a fight between two members. Then the end was just catastrophic and the Project Manager wasn't able to put the task together to give it to you.
I think things are pretty clear. i don't want to go home, I don't deserve to go home.
I think Jason has no teamwork abilities, no time, no organization and isn't open minded to accept other people's ideas. And I believe had we used the Color theme and Me/Gabby or Gillian as a project manager, we wouldn't be sitting here. So that's that.

It was me who come up with the hollowean even ask jillian cause her and I talked before I did the theme so don't say I didn't come up with the theme cause I did. It was me who come up with underwater wedding idea and my idea for the Mexican ice cream idea

You came up with that because you talked to Gillian and she finally approved that that was Ok. You needed 2 days to do that. You couldn't step up and make a decision yourself. About 2 days after the challenge started (It started on Friday night). I remember when I did the wedding task I made decisions constantly because I knew I couldn't wait on you guys to approve everything. And it wasn't your theme that got us the win, but the way we put it all together. You were actually the person I had to struggle the most with, because you just posted loose links and asked a lot of stuff but didn't helped for everything to be well together. The underwater wedding idea had a lot of ideas inside of it that made it a HIT, and i'm not sure about the underwater Tiara being the winning one.
We didn't win or got any pointers on how we did on the Mexican Ice Cream ideas, so you being proud of coming with an idea has no place in that task. I actually came up with some ideas myself...
I posted a theme on Friday that would've worked perfectly. And i'm 100% sure we wouldn't have been there if that theme would've been picked up and we had started working right away.

I did come up with the venue idea that everyone loved and reception I did a lot more than a stupid tirana and yes the underwater wedding was my idea
