Gabby- Who should i fire and Why?
You should fire Jason. He took the project manager role for this task. Even though, I said I would take it as well. He never stepped down, he wanted this. So we let him have it. He never delegated tasks, and he wasted the first 24-30 hours on "what is our theme." I gave ideas, Macklemore gave ideas, and Jillian gave ideas. He shot all those ideas down. Which was fine, and finally choose to go with his Spooky/Halloween theme after almost 32-36 hours into the task. It was ridiculous. I was up late, waiting for him to post the theme to participate in the challenge. I had a busy last day, Donald. Some of us want to do the task on the first day, because we cannot be around during the day. I know Macklemore would have did a lot more as well if we had the theme earlier on in the day. But Jason never did anything. He just argued with us, and shot all of our ideas down. He made no sense in the message board thread, and would say that we weren't participating as much as him? I didn't understand what his game was at all. Why couldn't he just pick a theme?
Finally, he did pick a theme. Late last night around 3am-4am my time. I was fed up, screamed at him, and signed offline. I was annoyed that he expected us to finally do something at that point in the challenge. Are you kidding me? I waited this long for a theme to just be told I was doing nothing. Macklemore got a "idk what you are gunna do" next to his name. Which was rude as well.
So, I woke up this morning. Found two things for breakfast foods, two things for breads, organized everything I could understand in the thread. Macklemore signed online and added his two dinners. I put together the organized list as much as I could. Asking for JIllian and Jason to provide links and anything last minute. An hour went by...nothing from Jason.
However, Jillian posted her picture, updated some of the menu and then signed off. Thank god she did, otherwise I would have had nothing to work with.
I put everything together as best as I could, Donald. I was confused with our theme from the get-go. But, I worked with it. I posted the final submission 8 minutes before the deadline. Fixing images even past the deadline, as they were being deleted from my photo bucket oddly. So I had to re-upload them all to tinypic. It was annoying and rushed. No sign of Jason.
Thank god Macklemore and Jillian posted today and helped.
But the worst thing that Jason did Donald. He didn't come online after the task was done and say"Thanks so much Gabby, I had an emergency" or something. He said"You forgot this, this, and this in the menu." And basically was there to tell me off.
He was the worst project manager ever, and should be fired. No questions. He does not deserve to be here. He couldn't even manage this team. I know Macklemore and myself were the most unsure of what our task even was during this entire thing.

Yes mack wasn't around he said he saw nothing in fact I wanted the group to express their ideas come together and agree on a theme no of that happened even tho I keep asking any feed back or suggestion and I didn't hear or saw mack at all until way way late in the task
BUT
The person who should definatly get fired is gabby she swears goes off her head dosnt co-operate shes completely rude and keeps on saying that I have no place in this game that is down right disrespectful. And gabby I can't come up with good ideas hmmmm well it was me who came up with the underwater wedding task that won my team the win. And I'm the won who came up with the Mexican ice cream theme 2 good things.
Mr and misses trump here's one example of gabby sledgering me
(gabby said this to me) Excuse me? Piece of shit? Where the fuck have you been? How the hell was I suppose to know what the fuck you wanted posted? I didn't even plan to be online when the task ended, BUT NOBODY ELSE WAS. who the fuck do you think you are?
Coming in here acting like your the shit? you were the worst project manager I have ever experienced. Go to hell, and learn how to manage a team before joining an apprentice game. Or at least learn how to be a team member.

Are you kidding me? Macklemore posted two dinner items. You never even delgated what you wanted him or me to post? So we made it up. I did the bfast and he did the dinner. That wasn't even told for us to do.
He came up with the color theme idea which JIllian and I both liked. You didn't like it. He did stuff the first day, and after you came up with the theme. How is he suppose to work with someone who doesn't post a solid theme for 30 hours into the task? Jason, YOU were the project manager. The project manager ultimately chooses the theme to use, we can't do that for you. We all posted ideas. You cannot lie about that. They see the thread, we ALL posted ideas. Macklemore started the discussion thread. Jillian did the images, I did the final submission. YOU did the least amount of work, didn't delegate tasks, made no clear discussion for a theme for 30 hours wasting everyone's time. You were horrible.

Yes, I said all of this. And I would say it all again if I had to go back. You got online, and again were disrespect able against me. I saved this team, Jason. If I wasn't online we wouldn't have even submitted anything. Do you realize that? Can you wrap your stupid brain around that? NOTHING would have been submitted. NOTHING.

I didnt see at all any recipes for the colour theme only I saw was the colour theme suggestion. And why on earth do you degrade people or swear at them I havent done that to you at all

You cannot expect me to not get pissed. It was 4am my time. I was waiting ALL DAY to see what I was suppose to do for this task. Finally, you come up with the idea and still expect it to work? Like wtf? Macklemore said the same thing, that he was waiting for you to make a discussion. You can have all the discussion you want, and we had that. We all said our ideas. You cannot, however, have the entire two days debating what to do. At some point, you have to just do it. I came back online at the last minute, only to post my meals..but found that NOTHING was being done with the final product, so I took my own right and did it. I have a question for you Jason. What did you expect to happen at 8pm today? If I wasn't going to be online, and I wasn't going to be doing anything for the task. Macklemore, in your impression, did nothing. Jillian was doing the banner. What was going on at 8pm when the final submission was due? Who would have did it? Nobody else was online but me. 8 minutes before the deadline...I posted the final product. What do you have to say to that? Are you not happy that I posted at all? Can you not respect that I did more on this task then you did? Your entire role was posting ideas and links. That does nothing for the final product. I said this in the thread, and I will say it again.. You cannot post a million ideas and thoughts and expect us to just put it all together with no direction. YOU WERE THE PROJECT MANAGER JASON. I shouldn't have to put everything together and guess what you were thinking. YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BE IN CONTROL OF THIS TASK. Nobody else. |

We were making theme suggestions, not meal suggestions. Once we had a theme, we could find the meals. How many examples do you need of red-meals or blue-meals? We can find a million!! We just needed YOUR okay on a theme. We gave theme ideas dude. I don't see what else you wanted? After 24 hours? Come on, brighten up. You have done quiet a lot to me actually. The first task I worked with you stated that I said something I never said. You said,"Gabby don't call me inactive". When I never even said that? You are illiterate, and need to learn to read. You then run around saying that I am bullying you? Making up complete lies, and should understand this is The Apprentice. I am not a bully, I am just saying what happened and defending my right to be here and the way I am playing this game for my charity. Watch the show before joining a game, maybe that would help you. You shot down every idea I had, rudely, and said I was doing NOTHING during this entire task. You were a rude project manager that needs to learn teamwork skills. The final straw is today Jason. When you get online, an hour and a half after the deadline...you state that I forgot things in the final submission. No "Thanks Gabby for submitting". No "Wow, sorry I wasn't online" It was like you just EXPECTED it to be posted, and for it to be done. And I was in the wrong forgetting meals? I posted what I saw, 2 for each thing. I had nothing else to go with...and was short on time as it was. It wasn't like I could fucking plan to be online to do that..I had no idea YOU weren't even going to be online to get it done. |
